Rental Equipment

As a party equipment rental company, Bounce and Co does not sell physical products. All items are rented for the duration of your event and are delivered, set up, and picked up by our team. Because our equipment is rented rather than sold, traditional product returns do not apply.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business:

  • 14+ days before event: Full refund of all payments made.
  • 7–13 days before event: 50% refund of total order amount.
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund. You may reschedule your event to a future date (subject to availability).

Rescheduling

If you need to change the date of your event, we are happy to help. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your original event date and are subject to equipment availability on the new date. There is no fee for rescheduling.

Weather Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning) makes it unsafe to operate inflatable equipment, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided for weather-related cancellations.

Deposit Payments

Some orders require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance collected automatically 7 days before your event. Deposits are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above. If you cancel within the full refund window, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Accidental Damage Waiver

If you purchased the optional Accidental Damage Waiver at checkout, it covers minor accidental damage to rental equipment during your event. The damage waiver fee is non-refundable once your event has taken place.
